Pawfit’s Cancellation Policy

Often dog walking companies require bookings at least a month in advance to guarantee a spot, and have a policy stating that clients may cancel up to one week in advance with no charge.

As we schedule walks each Sunday for the coming week we are able to cater to you and your dog’s needs at relatively short notice, with changes to the previous week’s schedule being accepted and processed on a Sunday and appointments are allocated for each dog by Sunday evening.

Cancellations after Sunday are charged at 50% of walk cost if cancelled with less than two days in advance. 

After 6pm of the evening before the appointment, the full cost of the service will be expected.

This applies to last-minute cancellations and also, if we are unable to access your dog at the time previously scheduled.

Incident policy:

If while in our care, your dog causes harm to another animal or human, as the dog’s owner, we ask that full responsibility is taken for handling any consequences.
